By downloading or using the Night Reader app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Night Reader, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

Shiga Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Content

Book content available through the App is provided for personal reading only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without authorization from the respective copyright holders.

Public domain content is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about accuracy or completeness of text.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
• Impersonate other users or create fake accounts
• Interfere with the App's normal operation

6. Advertising

The free version of Night Reader displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to receive these ads in accordance with Google's terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shiga Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
